Some women have the misconception that the more treatments and products they use, the healthier their hair will be. Chemicals do not equal hydration/balanced scalp/shiny hair. Using multiple products on your hair at the same time is not always the best thing to do. Sometimes it is better to let the scalp breath and balance itself out without the use of external goods.

Similarly, not every hair trend is the right choice for your hair or is it healthy for you to convey. Impulsively, nu-merous women around the world bleach their hair or do extreme haircuts without thinking of the future, to later regret the “growth” process of the hair once the hairstyle is outgrown or the trend passes. Hence, leaving awkward styles of what was there once or what could have been.

And so, not every hairstyle is for every woman. Regardless of how similar you want to look to your favorite ce-lebrity; it is crucial to analyze the look and consider if it is the right choice for you. For example, a hairdo that is only adequate for women with very lucid hair should not be undertaken by someone who has frizzy/curly hair unless that person is willing to straighten their hair every single morning. Furthermore, if that person lives in London or somewhere humidity is a factor, not even waking up early will do, as the climate will do its magic and bring out the true colors of your hair anyway.

Healthy hair is very easy to deal with. However, damaged hair is very hard and takes a lot of time to get healthy again. Therefore, take care of it in every possible way before it gets dry/weak/opaque.

Another example – people with curly hair. Unless you want to have straight hair for the rest of your life and are willing to commit timely and economically into doing the keratin or any other process there is to straighten permanently your hair every 6 months, do not do it. Because not only will your hair look extremely awkward at the roots when it starts to grow back, but also you will either have to chop off all the dead/straightened part of the hair or have to deal with a half-straight, half-curly hair for a good amount of time.

So – before you cut/color your hair next time, think ahead and ask yourself if this haircut will be good for you to deal with in the future.
